1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing Keycrops platform services, developer APIs, documentation, and digital tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the necessary authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
These terms govern all interactions with our neural modeling resources, dataset integration pipelines, algorithmic interfaces, and account management dashboards. If you do not consent to all provisions outlined herein, you must immediately cease accessing and using our platform.
2. Platform Access and Account Security
To access designated developer environments, API endpoints, and production services, you may be required to register for an authorized user account and configure API credentials. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide authentic, accurate, current, and complete credentials as prompted during provisioning.
- Maintain the absolute confidentiality and security of authentication keys, secret tokens, and access credentials.
- Promptly update account profiles and administrative contacts whenever information changes.
- Accept full responsibility for any activities, model queries, or resource consumption initiated under your API keys or account identifiers.
Keycrops reserves the right to suspend or revoke credentials if unauthorized access, credential sharing, or unusual security anomalies are detected.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to employ Keycrops computational infrastructure, AI models, and software interfaces strictly in adherence with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards. You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting underlying weights, proprietary algorithms, or architecture from our platform.
- Deploying automated query bursts, stress generation, or deliberate resource saturation designed to degrade system stability or availability for other users.
- Transmitting or processing content that promotes malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, or fraudulent deception.
- Attempting unauthorized probing, vulnerability scanning, network interference, or circumvention of token rate limits.
- Using output data or benchmark metrics to develop competing machine learning architectures or automated replacement platforms without express written permission.
4. API Usage Quotas and Service Availability
Access to Keycrops computing endpoints is subject to throughput rates, token allowances, and concurrent request quotas corresponding to your allocated tier. Exceeding assigned limits may lead to automated rate-limiting responses, temporary queueing, or transient service degradation.
While we strive to deliver optimal uptime, continuous operational reliability, and sub-second model response times, all services are supplied on an as available foundation. Keycrops shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or unforeseen upstream network anomalies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary technologies, user interface architectures, algorithmic frameworks, trademarks, logos, system code, documentation, and platform visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Keycrops and its licensors. Except for the limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to integrate our APIs into authorized applications, no ownership title or property rights are conveyed under these terms.
You retain full ownership rights over the proprietary input data, custom datasets, and computational queries you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant Keycrops a non-exclusive, limited operational license solely to process queries, deliver analytical outputs, and fulfill service obligations.
6. Disclaimers and No Warranties
Keycrops services, analytical outputs, automated predictions, and developer documentation are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Keycrops specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular computational purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We make no warranty that our machine learning models, statistical outputs, or API uptime will meet your unique business objectives, operate without minor inaccuracies, or remain uninterrupted under all network conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keycrops, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, goodwill impairment, operational downtime, or technical expenditures arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our platform services.
In no circumstance shall Keycrops' total cumulative liability across all claims related to these Terms of Use exceed the amount paid by you to Keycrops for services rendered during the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.
8. Termination and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access, registered account, or platform privileges at any time, with or without prior notice, upon determining that you have violated these Terms of Use, exceeded permissible rate thresholds, or engaged in actions detrimental to system integrity.
Upon termination, all active authentication tokens shall be immediately revoked, and your right to interact with platform APIs shall cease instantaneously. Sections governing Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Governing Law shall survive any termination.
9. Modifications to Platform and Terms
Keycrops reserves the right to refine, upgrade, deprecate, or modify any platform features, API endpoints, pricing structures, and these Terms of Use at its sole discretion. When material modifications occur, we will update the effective revision date displayed at the conclusion of this document.
Your continued access to or utilization of Keycrops APIs and platform components following the posting of amended terms constitutes full acceptance of all revised obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of Keycrops services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws applicable to commercial digital services, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be instituted in competent courts having appropriate jurisdiction.
